About

The team behind your compliance

Empliora is HR and compliance software for UK employers and sponsor licence holders. We help small businesses run their people and stay ready for a Home Office audit, without a compliance team of their own.

What is Empliora?

Empliora brings HR and UK compliance into one place. You can run right to work checks, track visa expiry, manage DBS checks, handle staff records, timesheets and rotas, and keep your Appendix D records ready for inspection. Employees get a simple mobile app; employers get a clear dashboard across every business they run.

Why did we build it?

Most HR tools stop at holidays and payroll, and leave the parts that carry real legal risk, right to work, sponsor duties and Appendix D, on spreadsheets and reminders. When a licence or a right to work check slips, the cost falls on the employer. We built Empliora so the compliance work happens quietly in the background, and an audit is something you are always prepared for rather than something you scramble for.

Who is Empliora for?

We build for UK small and growing businesses, and especially for sponsor licence holders in sectors like care, security, hospitality and cleaning, where right to work and visa tracking are part of everyday operations. Whether you run one site or several companies under one group, Empliora fits how your business is set up.

Who is behind Empliora?

Empliora is built and run by Forge9X Ltd, a UK software company based at 140 Avon Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2LB. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO reference CSN6873165) and build Empliora around current Home Office right to work and sponsor licence guidance.
