What is Empliora?+
Empliora is UK HR and immigration-compliance software for small businesses and sponsor licence holders. It runs right to work checks, tracks visa expiry, manages DBS checks and keeps your Appendix D records audit-ready, alongside everyday HR like staff records, contracts, timesheets, rotas and leave.
Who is Empliora for?+
UK employers, and especially those holding a Skilled Worker or sponsor licence. It's widely used by care homes and other sectors with heavy compliance needs such as cleaning, security and hospitality.
Does Empliora do right to work checks?+
Yes. It supports both manual document checks and online share-code checks, sets automatic follow-up reminders for time-limited (List B) checks, and keeps a compliance register you can export for a Home Office audit.
How does Empliora help with a sponsor licence?+
It tracks your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), reportable-change deadlines, salary and going-rate checks, and keeps the Appendix D records the Home Office expects sponsors to hold, so you're ready if you're audited.
Does Empliora track visa expiry?+
Yes. It records each employee's visa expiry date, shows them colour-coded by urgency, and reminds you well before they lapse, so no sponsored worker slips through the cracks.
Can Empliora manage DBS checks?+
Yes. You can record and track DBS certificates, levels, outcomes and review dates, flag who requires a check, and import DBS results from providers such as uCheck.
Is there a mobile app for staff?+
Yes. Employees use the Empliora app to clock in and out, view their shifts and payslips, request leave, and submit right-to-work share codes from their phone.
Can employees clock in and out?+
Yes. Staff clock in and out with a geofence that confirms they're on site, and the hours flow into timesheets for approval. Rotas can also sync to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.
Can I run several businesses in one account?+
Yes. A group (for example a care home group) can run all its companies under one login, with an 'All companies' overview across every site plus per-company controls.
How much does Empliora cost?+
