Beyond sponsorship, every UK employer has core duties to meet. The HR compliance check is a short, honest self-assessment that shows where you are in good shape and where you have work to do. It only ever shows to you.

Open HR compliance check and work through the questions about your employer duties. For each, answer Yes, No or Unsure, honestly.

Read your result
At the top you see how many duties are in good shape, how many need attention, and how far through you are. It is a simple picture of where you stand.

Act on what needs attention
Anything marked No or Unsure is where to focus. Work through those, update your answers, and your score improves as you put things right. For sponsors, there is also an employer knowledge exam that tests your understanding of your duties. Treat it as a way to check your key people really know what the licence asks of them.
