Record a course
Open Grow and add a training record: the person, the course, the provider and the date they completed it.

Add a renewal date
Where a certificate expires, add the expiry date. Empliora then reminds you before it lapses, so a required qualification never quietly runs out.

Keep the certificate on file
Upload the certificate itself against the record. When someone asks for proof of training, it is there, ready to show. The list is sorted by what expires soonest, so the next renewal is always at the top.
